Let me start off by saying...I am not a fan of Kale. I think it tastes awful...
This simple recipe has changed the way I feel about Kale!! Try it you'll agree!!
You will need:
Almond Milk (Vanilla or Chocolate)
Using a Blender (I set mine to liquefy)
1 Cup of Kale
2 Cups of Almond Milk
1-2 Table Spoons of Almond Butter
