WHOLE-WHEAT BANANA CHOCOLATE CHIP MUFFINS

Shopping List:

3 Large Bananas

1 tsp of Vanilla

1/2 Cup of Melted Butter

1 Egg

3/4 Cup Sugar

1 1/2 Cups of Whole Wheat Flour

1 Tsp Baking Soda

1 Tsp of Baking Powder

1 Tsp Salt

Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips

Walnuts or Pecans (Optional)

 

Using a fork mash bananas then combine melted butter, sugar, vanilla and egg.

In a seperate bowl combine dry ingredients to wet ingredients, then toss in chocolate chips and nuts.

 

Bake at 325F-350F for approximatly 25 minuites or until light golden brown. Check with a toothpick to ensure muffins are cooked thoroughly.
